How it works

1. Create an account

  • Signup

    Complete the signup form to create an account.
    Note the Login Page address setting, this will be the custom login page for your team.

  • Activate Account

    You will receive an email with a link to activate your account, follow the link to complete the account setup.

2. Setup School Details & Preferences

  • School Details

    Complete the School details to ensure your contact phone and address details are present and correct.
    This information is displayed on parent visit/show-around reminder emails.

  • School Email Notifications

    Setup the email notification schedules for each school.
    (We default schedule settings for maximum effect, to ensure your team engage with parents)

3. Integrate Web/Contact Form

Integrate your Brighter Schools web form directly into your website.

This can done using 3 methods:

  • Link

    Link to the built in form directly

  • Emded

    Embded the form into your own web page.
    (copy and paste code)

  • Popup

    Popup a new windows from your website.
    (copy and paste code)

4. Manage Enquiries

Web enquiries will come in via your integrated form or added manually to log email, walk-in, or phone enquiries.

The application can be used on all screen sizes, from mobile to desktop.
